Your Selection: We present the best engineer profiles within 2 weeks. You then conduct remote interviews and technical tests to make your choice.
Administrative Part: We sign an NDA and other confidentiality documents. We establish an annual contract (1 to 3 years) with the developer, including a trial period and 1-month notice.
Onboarding Period: You can onboard the developer in your office for several weeks (at your expense).

What contractual options do you offer?

We offer two main contractual options:

Project Contract: This type of contract is designed for short-term projects, usually lasting a few months. It includes a firm commitment on costs and deadlines, offering a guarantee of performance and efficiency for short-term projects.

Outstaffing / Dedicated Team contract: This contract is ideal for longer-term commitments, with a minimum duration of one year. It allows for extensive and in-depth collaboration, tailored to the needs of ongoing projects.

All our contracts are written in French and can be signed at the location of your choice. Given our location in Poland, a member country of the European Union, our contracts also comply with RGPD standards. What’s more, every contract includes damage waiver, giving our customers added security.
