Project Introduction

Joone, a premium e-commerce brand, partnered with ITSharkz to redefine the subscription management experience for its customers. The goal was to develop
a seamless, user-friendly checkout process in the subscription model, along with a dedicated customer space and an advanced back-office application.
The project focused on enabling customers to manage subscriptions effortlessly, modify future orders, and access flexible payment options. 

To achieve this, ITSharkz developed a custom checkout, a mobile-friendly customer dashboard, and a powerful back-office tool, ensuring automation, personalization, and scalability.
