Key Responsibilities:
Project Support Office (PSO) Activities:
Review specifications and deliverables from the software development team.
Provide consultancy in system architecture and project management.
Assist with project planning, reporting, and Steering Committee organization.
Participate in technical meetings and serve as a backup for other Central Project Team functions.
Deployment Support Activities:
Facilitate the timely delivery, deployment, and rollout of CBAM system releases.
Support the provisioning of hosting environments, organization of testing activities, and coordination with stakeholders and users.
Aid in the creation and maintenance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Terms of Conditions (ToC), Security Policies, and Plans.
Oversee the CBAM Service Desk operations and monitor service delivery compliance.
Organize and conduct user training programs.
Business Continuity and Incident Management:
Manage major incidents, coordinate troubleshooting efforts, and participate in crisis management meetings.
Facilitate communications with stakeholders and support change management initiatives.
Contract Type: B2B contract.
Travel: 1 to 2 times travel to Luxembourg per month is expected.
Duration: The position is scheduled to begin next month and is anticipated to last for a minimum of 10 months, with the possibility of extension.
