The goal was to deliver a specialized digital platform that supports doctors across the complex spectrum of gastroenterology, from initial consultation and general proctology to advanced diagnostic workflows.

- Handling sensitive patient data requires strict security compliance (GDPR/HIPAA equivalent)

- Strategic AI Model Selection: Engineered a bespoke hybrid solution (OpenAI Whisper/GPT, Mistral via AWS Bedrock) for the “Golden Ratio” of speed/accuracy for the specific vocabulary
- Structured ‘Take Care’ Process: Designed a guided, step-by-step flow for patient case management (Patient Card, Medical Report, Anapath, Recommendation Report, Files)
- Actionable Dashboard: Focused on “what needs my attention now,” listing active cases with progress alerts and quick actions (e.g., “Continue last case”) to help doctors get back into context instantly
- Integrity in Every Line: Implemented advanced encryption, strict token policies, and frictionless biometric authentication (FaceID/TouchID)
