Our hiring process

Analysis of your needs & profile matching
A 30-minute meeting to introduce you to our operations, followed by a search for IT profiles to match your requirements.
Pre-selection & testing
Thanks to our network of engineers and our partnership with Coding Game, we can identify the best talent. On average, we gather 20 qualified profiles per position and conduct 15 interviews, followed by tests directly on Coding Game. We then present our selection, which you can test until you're satisfied.
Administrative management
We sign an NDA and other confidentiality documents. We draw up a 1-year annual contract with the developer (trial period and 1 month's notice).
Onboarding period
You have the option of onboarding the developer in your offices for one or more weeks (at your expense).
Mission progress & follow-up
The developer then works remotely from our offices in Warsaw or Gdansk. You communicate directly with him, manage his schedule and pay only for the days worked, according to our monthly reporting.

What contractual options do you offer?

We offer two main contractual options:

Project Contract: This type of contract is designed for short-term projects, usually lasting a few months. It includes a firm commitment on costs and deadlines, offering a guarantee of performance and efficiency for short-term projects.

Outstaffing / Dedicated Team contract: This contract is ideal for longer-term commitments, with a minimum duration of one year. It allows for extensive and in-depth collaboration, tailored to the needs of ongoing projects.

All our contracts are written in French and can be signed at the location of your choice. Given our location in Poland, a member country of the European Union, our contracts also comply with RGPD standards. What’s more, every contract includes damage waiver, giving our customers added security.

Poland is one of the countries with the highest number of highly qualified engineers in Europe. In addition to offering more attractive rates, Poland has eight times the number of engineers than France. It also has the advantage of being part of the European Union, guaranteeing political and economic stability, and is only an hour’s flight from Paris.

What is your agency’s Daily Rate?

Our Average Daily Rate varies according to experience, ranging from 200 to 500 euros per day. We guarantee a saving of 50% compared with a medium-sized agency in France. In comparison with a large group, our savings can reach over 100%, while ensuring quality equal to or superior to that of French developers.
